Warrior Run Manor Inc

Warrior Run Manor, inc. is a nonprofit organization that operates a 75 unit hud residential facility located in watsontown, pa (the "project). The project is operating under section 8 of the national housing act which provides housing for low income elderly or handicapped families. The project was financed under the u.s. Department of housing and urban development ("hud") section 202 direct loan program. The project is regulated by hud with respect to rental charges, operating expenses and other operating methods.
