Philadelphia Area Labor-management Committee, inc. (the Committee) was established as a nonprofit entity designed to improve Labor-management communications and relations in the community, to support the establishment of in-plant Labor-management committees, to improve the skills and productivity of workers and management, and to stimulate and participate in community industrial development activities, with equal emphasis on retaining existing industry and attracting new investment into the area.
