To stimulate a positive business climate for Energy consuming Industrial businesses within the commonwealth of Pennsylvania by influencing Energy policy development, implementation and regulation, at the Pennsylvania pulic utility commission, state and federal legislative bodies and before other pertinent organizations and parties, and to advocate the Industrial end-users' viewpoint on generic Energy and public utility issues.
