Orwigsburg Area Free Public Library

The purpose of the Orwigsburg Library shall be: to establish and maintain a free, Public, nonsectarian Library to serve the informational, educational, and recreational needs of the residents of the blue mountain school district. The Library shall provide free lending and reference services, and provide free internet access via computer to its patrons. The Library shall utilize an organized and currently useful collection of printed items and other materials, including the computer, and offer the service of a staff trained to recognize and provide for the needs of its patrons.
