Buccaneer Alumni Association Inc

This Alumni Association is established as a non-profit membership organization to promote and encourage the ability of musical artists, to educate them in and to perfect their musical skills, to stimulate in and to foster the development in the community of an appreciation of the marching arts by sponsoring concerts and other similarly related events; provided however, that no part of the net earnings of this Corporation shall inure to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, no substantial part of the purposes or activities shall be the carrying on of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and provided that this Corporation shall not participate in or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office, or any other activity not permitted to be engaged in by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
