The organization seeks to improve South ANN neighborhood of lancaster and the lives of its residents through crime prevention, social activities, education, building community pride and self esteem, information & referral, housing rehabilitation, the development of affordable housing opportunitites for persons of low and moderate income, job creations and self-empowerment.
