To promote and maintain an enthusiastic interest in activities of instrumental music groups and band front under the direction of of the instrumental music department of East HILLS middle school, bethlehem, pa 18017, to give moral and financial support to the above mentioned activities, and to cooperate with those in charge of the instrumental department of East HILLS middle school and the bethlehem area school district so that this department can be kept at the highest quality possible.
