Pennsylvania Anthracite Council

The Pennsylvania Anthracite Council, PAC, is the trade association representing surface mine operators, preparation plants, and industry suppliers involved in the production and use of Anthracite coal in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PACs mission is to advance the responsible mining and use of Pennsylvania Anthracite through sound legislative, regulatory, and judicial policies ensuring the industry remains economically viable, environmentally responsible, and nationally relevant.
