The purpose of this trust is to hold title to the real property known as 19 campus boulevard, newtown square, Pennsylvania, and to collect income from, pay expenses of such real property and turn over the entire amount of such income to the owner, less expenses and less amounts necessary to retain for the operations of the trust property.
