Liberty Bell Youth Organization

Liberty Bell Youth Organization shall manage and operate all facilities located at Red Lion and Calera Roads. LBYO shall maintain a clean safe and secure environment to develop coordinate implement and carry out recreational sporting programs. LBYO will strive to make our programs accessible to all protected classes under the Philadelphia Home Rule Charter. LBYO will strive to be a positive alternative to negative influences of the community such as drugs violence etc. LBYO seeks to promote a sense of community giving and a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Liberty Bell Youth Organization encourages healthy competition and the development of life long recreational skills and interests of ALL its participants.
