State Society of the Cincinnati of Pennsylvania

To create an organization of members who are direct descendants of the State society of the Cincinnati of Pennsylvania or a direct descendant of an officer who died in service during the period from april 18, 1775 to may 13, 1783. The organization raises funds to maintain and preserve historic structures and to provide education about the era of the American revolution in addition to providing assistance to deserving beneficiaries.
