Community Homes of Lebanon Valley Inc

Community Homes of Lebanon Valley, inc. is a section 236 district loan program organized to provide housing and related facilities for elderly and handicapped low-income families on a non-profit basis. In connection therewith, it has constructed 177 apartments to provide low and middle-income housing for the elderly and handicapped. Poplar terrace provides 77 of the housing units and willow terrace provides 100 units. Willow terrace has fulfilled its primary exempt purpose since june 15, 1968 and poplar terrace since june 25, 1968. Willow terrace provides the apartments to middle-income tenants and poplar terrace provides the apartments to low-income tenants.
