For 50 years, Half Moon BAY little league has developed life-long successful habits for the coastside youth by combining athleticism, teamwork, perseverance, and hard work. Recently, youth baseball has been forced to compete with several other sports, cutting into the total number of kids playing youth baseball throughout the country. Acknowledging that kids and families are making choices based on not just which sport but also the program behind the sport, we recognize how important it is to do our best to ensure that our game, baseball is seen as a vibrant, compelling option. The purpose of the organization is to support, promote and facilitate youth baseball in the city of Half Moon BAY and its surrounding coastside communities reaching from montara to pescadero. Half Moon BAY little league is a non profit 501 (c)(3). Tax id 23-7084722. Youth baseball provides a great venue for learning life lessons and shaping young players early.
