To support the charitable purposes of Japanese American Religious Federation of San Francisco, a California nonprofit public charity corporation ("jarf"), including by providing Housing for low income elderly or handicapped families and other low income families on a non-discriminatory nonprofit basis. The organization is the general partner of nihonmachi terrace lp and also serves as a general partner for various partnerships that are developing low income Housing projects.
