Tahoe Cedar Property Owners' Association (TCPOA) is located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The primary purpose is to better the community, foster community spirit, and to speak as one voice for the Property owners of this tract. TCPOA acts as a point of contact with the various organizations that provide services to the community, such as fire and police departments, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, El Dorado County and the public utilities district.
