A. To promote the band program in the school and community, and to encourage enthusiasm andpride in band membership.b. To provide assistance to the band directors in support of the band program by:a. Providing funds for expenses that are not funded by risd, such as, but not limited totrips, social actvites, equipment, auxiliary staff, clinicians and other educaonalopportunites.b. Providing accountability for budgets, revenues and expenditures. Assisng with acviesto permit the band directors to have more time to administer the schools' bandprograms. Such actvites include, but are not limited to fund raising acvies, collecngfunds and chaperoning.
