Eastern Shore of VA Historical Society

To encourage and promote an interest in the study of the history of the Eastern Shore and the commonwealth of Virginia; to carry on research and work of a Historical character; to identify and preserve historic buildings, landmarks, and other objects and documents of Historical value; to promote Historical and educational projects that will aid in the development of the Eastern Shore of Virginia; and to perform such other acts as consistent with the general purposes of a Historical society.
