To promote and protect the mutual interests of residents and property owners, as defined in the by-laws of the association, of that area of nantucket commonly called the village of Siasconset.to preserve the residential and historical character of the village of Siasconset and to promote betterments and improvements.to provide a medium through which the residents of Siasconset may meet and discuss matters of common interest affecting their community and the welfare of its constituents.
