To write Pattern Jury Instructions to be given to juries in Civil trials, by the judge presiding over the trial and to be used by attorneys to eliminate the necessity of numerous written requested charges and to clarify and update the Civil laws of Alabama. An original volume and second edition book were published to achieve the foregoing purposes.
