For the interest of better hunting and fishing and for a better appreciation of the outdoors and natural resources (a) by actively cooperating in protection of forests, soils, waters, and natural habitat for fish and game (b) by maintaining an interest in the passage and enforcement of adequate wildlife laws (c) by educating the general public as to the importance to our economy, health and welfare of conservation and restoration work.
