Valley View Retirement Community

Valley View haven, d/b/a Valley View Retirement Community, is a not-for-profit corporation as described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code and is exempt from federal income taxes on its exempt income under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code. The Community provides housing, health care and other related services to elderly residents through the operation of a 160-bed nursing facility ("Valley View haven") along with a 95-bed personal care facility ("Valley View terrace") and 141 residential living units ("Valley View village") located in belleville, Pennsylvania.
