The Human Services center corporation improves the quality of life for children, adults, and families in the mon valley area. It fulfills this mission in four ways: "serving as a collaborative leader by promoting and supporting a network of providers within and outside the walls of its multi-purpose center. "serving as a bridge between Human service organizations and those who develop policies and funding that impact the quality of life in the mon valley area.
