The Community Education Council (CEC) together with business, Education, and Community partners, offers professional, academic, and personal opportunities for lifelong learning in elk and cameron counties and the surrounding areas. In the 2024-2025 program year, over 1,000 enrollments in credit, noncredit, and enrichment courses were made possible through the CEC; more than 700 exams were delivered for professional certifications; our discover partnership offers career development and out of-school stem programs for K-12 students and schools and made possible more than 6,800 engagements; and the number of alumni from the leadership elk & cameron program exceeded 250.
