The organization uses its real estate holdings, which primarily consist of mountain ground, to assist in the preservation of the areas' many varieties of birds as well as small and big game species. The main objectives of the organization are to protect these animals by providing the necessary habitats and to supplement their natural food supplies. As a result of this animal preservation, many groups and individuals take advantage of the opportunity to observe and study these animals in their natural habitats. All of the organization's real estate is available for the use of the general public at no cost. Any donations received are unsolicited, free will donations.
