Family Planning Councils of America (FPCA) is a national association of private, not-for-profit Family Planning agencies devoted to keeping publicly-funded reproductive health care a national priority. Pfca serves as a forum for the educational exchange of technical and professional information.in communities across the United States, the lives of more than one and one-half Million women and their families are positively affected by health care service provided or administered by FPCA member organizations.
