Heinz Family Foundation

One of the primary exempt purposes of the foundation is the awarding of individual grants, recognizing outstanding achievements in the areas of the arts, economy, and environment. During 2024, nine grants were made to individuals or charitable organizations as detailed on part xiv.these awards are granted in accordance with irc section 4945 (g) on an objective and nondiscriminatory basis pursuant to a procedure approved in advance by the internal revenue service.
