Crawford County Consumer Satisfaction Team Program

Continue correspondence with consumers, and family members of consumers, receiving services from human services in order to survey and assess Consumer Satisfaction with these services and to make appropriate recommendations to the human services departments for changes in policy and in the service delivery systems as needed.
