The purpose of the Corporation is to devote and apply the property of the Corporation and the income to be derived therefrom exclusively for Charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes, either directly or by contributions to organizations duly organized to carry on such activities.The specific and primary purpose of the Corporation is to develop, establish and maintain cultural, educational and religious programs.
