The purpose for which the corporation was organized is to rescue, rehabilitate, transport, and adopt homeless, abandoned, or abused animals in the East Texas area in a humane manner. The corporation is dedicated to providing a no-kill, care-for-life sanctuary for unadoptable animals and to insure those animals a life free from suffering and pain and to place adoptable animals in loving, permanent high quality homes. The corporation also strives to educate the public and promote and provide assistance with spaying and neutering for the prevention of overpopulation and unwanted animals.
