We give an annual scholarship to a red bluff high school student in memory of my son, Konor William Fleharty. We may elect to award the scholarship to someone else of another foundation. For example we may elect to give the scholarship to the foundation that maintains the red bluff city pool, so that the pool can stay open during the summer.
