To promote biking activities; to provide athletic, social and educational opportunities for persons interested in biking; to organize and arrange a Bike Fest and other activities related to biking; to organize and arrange fund-raising projects to raise funds to pay costs, fees and expenses; to solicit, collect and raise money for educational, cultural and athletic purposes related to biking;to expend, contribute and disburse funds for the same purpose;to contribute to other agencies, organizations or institutions organized for the same or similar purposes
