Community Property, inc. is organized, and at all times is operated, exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purposes of incourage Community foundation, inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Community foundation which is a values-led, user-centered, place-based philanthropic and Community building organization that promotes Community-led philanthropy in Southern wood county, Wisconsin and the surrounding area. It was principally formed to acquire, accept, hold, lease, manage, administer and/or liquidate in an orderly fashion, donations, bequests and Property for the benefit and/or purposes of incourage.
