Musical theatre educators' alliance, inc. ("mtea") is a charitable and educational organization operated for the purpose of providing an opportunity for teachers of young professional artists and aspiring teachers and young artists to come together and exchange ideas, methodologies, and solutions to common challenges in the academic settings of universities and conservatories. Mtea is a professional support organization for educators.
