EIN 26-1591132 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
The purpose of the foundation is to award funds to various social institutions and community/educational outreach programs seeking to improve the social conditions, and health and fitness of financially disadvantaged children. Within this broad mission, a special emphasis will be placed on programs seeking to provide improved nutritional opportunities, educational opportunities, reduce childhood stresses, as well as to reduce the rampant childhood obesity problem in the United States. Specific beneficiaries are to be determined from year to year by the foundation board members and its advisory board of consultants. The board will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the expenditure of grants and will report outcomes on its website.
