Education Africa Inc

Education Africa inc. (the organization") was incorporated in january 2008 in the state of New York as a not-for-profit organization. The primary purposes of the organization are the following:1. To assist disadvantaged individuals in Africa in obtaining quality Education and vocational training;2. To support educational and vocational programs for disadvantaged individuals in Africa; and 3. To do any other act or thing incidental to or connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its members, directors or officers.
