American Friends of the National Museum

Plan and produce joint projects between the royal naval Museum and similar museums in the United States. To introduce American audiences to the rich history of both the British royal navy and the United States navy, as well as to the continuing importance of naval and maritime history in understanding the international policies between Nations. To plan, produce and hold social events, exhibits, film and lecture series to attract funds and supporters in the United States for the royal Museum. To provide funds and other contributions for the furtherance of the royal naval Museum's programs of acquisition, conservation and interpretation for the benefit of the visiting public.
