Leo Impact Fund Inc

To operate as a student-run organization that fosters economic development in underserved communities through debt and equity investments that would not otherwise be made by commercial lenders and investors and related support for small businesses and high-Impact startups in the state of New York, throughout the United States and abroad, and provides educational opportunities to business school students through investment target selection, the associated due diligence, and the monitoring of investment performance.
