Swim team management for Central Ohio children for USA Swimming long course and short course seasons and to provide swim instruction during the seasons. The United Swim Association ("USA") is a year-round competitive swim team. Our team welcomes swimmers of all ages and abilities and offers high quality professional coaching in a family friendly small team environment. Swim instruction for all ages and training groups emphasizes proper stroke technique. As swimmers progress into higher level training groups, aerobic conditioning and race strategy becomes an increasing focus. Older age group swimmers and high school swimmers train to compete at state, regional and national levels of competition. A goal of our team is to provide every member individualized attention by maintaining a low coach to swimmer ratio.
