To benefit, perform the functions of, and carry out the purpose of Hawaii Agriculture Research center, a Hawaii nonprofit corporation, that is exclusively charitable, educational or scientific. To operate as a supporting organization with respect to the supported organization. To pursue such other activities as may be determined by the board of directors consistent with the requirements of irc sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3). The corporation shall have all powers necessary and incidental to carrying out the purpose for which it has been formed.
