Foundation aims to support the network of those who are already victims of domestic violence and aspire to be the voice of the many victims who may not feel that they have a voice. We intend to expand accessibility of resources to those who might otherwise not have resources. The foundation's first initiative is to establish "the cindy bracelet"- a gps-based monitoring device to be worn by violators of orders of protection enabling victims and otherssuch as family members-to have safe zones.
