Southern California Football Association

The Southern California Football Association is a registered 501c3 organization. The association exists for the purpose of conducting and regulating community college Football competition in the Southern California region. All revenue received is through membership dues from participating colleges that compete under the sanctioned areas in the Southern California region, of which the SCFA is responsible for. All expenses paid by the SCFA are for the sole benefit of ruling and regulating community college Football competition.
