Zumix Firehouse Inc

Zumix Firehouse, inc., a Massachusetts not-for-profit corporation, was formed for the purpose of purchasing and renovating the engine company 40 Firehouse, at 260 sumner street in east Boston, ma in order to turn the building into a vibrant youth arts center for use by a related not-for-profit entity Zumix, inc. renovation of the Firehouse was completed during march of 2010 at which point Zumix, inc. began its occupancy of the building and began paying monthly rent to Zumix Firehouse, inc.
