As disclosed on the 2009 Form 990-PF the Foundation was the designated partial remainder beneficiary of several non-charitable trusts. The Foundation has received all of its partial remainder interests in such non-charitable trusts. Further the Foundation was the sole named beneficiary of the Killian Charitable Remainder Uni-trust which paid out in full to the Foundation upon the sole individual beneficiary's death during 2010. The board of directors of the Foundation elected to dissolve the Foundation and distribute all of the Foundation assets to Sections 501c3 509a1 publicly supported charities; all as disclosed in various attachments hereto.
