Leash Animal Rescue is a no-kill, foster based, 501(c)3 non-profit Animal Rescue organization run solely by volunteers and is located in Southern California. We founded in 2007 and currently specialize in special needs, neonate, and medical case kittens/cats. Our efforts focus mainly on paralyzed, incontinent, neurological, and other specially-abled cases. We mostly Rescue kittens/cats from our local high-kill Animal shelters, but we do accept owner surrenders on a case-by-case basis. More often than not, the kittens/cats who come into our Rescue are overlooked by members of the public and other Rescue organizations, due to their special needs and the little extra attention/care they can require. Our Rescue provides these deserving felines the love and comfort they deserve, while accepting them for who they are and giving them the best chance possible for happy, healthy lives!
