The Tessera Owners Association

The Tessera Owners association is responsible for preserving, maintaining, and improving the common areas owned by the community. These common areas include roads, open space, walking trails, culverts, curbs, drainage systems, signs, fences, mailboxes, irrigation, lighting, pet waste stations, and landscaping. They are all open to the public. In addition, the association develops and enforces rules for homeowners to preserve the appearance and value of private property consistent with community design guidelines, and to create a safe and secure community. The association levies fees, to implement its responsibilities, and fines for violations of rules consistent with state and local law.
