The surviving trustee has liquided the remaining inventory of antiques and has closed the foundation. She reached out to museums and historical societies, as well as antiques dealers. So far she has found that in todays market, it is difficult to find interested buyers. Each item requires a buyer who knows its history. This has proven to be rare. So the items that were not given to other charities were sold through an auction for pennies on the dollar. The foundation has officialy closed as of june 30, 2022.
