The purpose of the CDLA is to promote the common interests of attorneys and other professionals engaged in profession of defending persons charged with impaired driving. Among other activities, the CDLA provides and sponsors educational programs for the benefit of its members, seeks the improvement of laws and procedures governing the prosecution of impaired drivers, provides opportunities for members to exchange ideas, and serves as a reliable source of information for the media.
