To provide and produce exceptional programs in theatre, music, dance, digital arts, film, media, training and performance experiences for youth and adults. To ensure that performance-based arts are accessible to everyone who desires to participate or attend performances by keeping both tickets prices low and class/workshop tuitions affordable. To promote Performing Arts and education, to encourage community participation, and to bring exceptional Performing art experiences to the community and to maintain and preserve the historic bal theatre.
