DNA Saves

DNA Saves seeks to educate policy makers and the public about the value of forensic dna. DNA Saves is committed to working with every state to pass laws allowing dna to be taken upon arrest, and to provide meaningful funding for dna programs. Volunteers advocate for changes in legislation and funding for dna collection and for its use in catching repeat offenders sooner, preventing violent crimes, exonerating the innocent, protecting civil liberties, and reducing the costs of the criminal justice system.
