We are a trans/poc led 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit in the sacramento region. We provide programs, training, and direct services that center queer and transgender people of color (qtpoc). We offer low to now cost therapy through our student intern counseling program. Our trans-centered healthcare services include our hormone clinic, needle exchange program, prep prescriptions and hiv/std healthcare, and harm reduction services. Our community support services program provides trans people with legal name + Gender change assistance, primary medical care provider guidance, and many more odds and ends. We provide training and education on Gender identity, mobilization, and education for the friends and family of trans people.
